An illegal, unregistered doctor who owns a small—yes, small—pharmacy shop. Nothing suspicious at all, actually, though it's pretty blatant and manipulative in-your-face. A scammer and a black-market doctor, Dr. Pharma is arguably the worst doctor in town and quite the conman. Unfortunately, he’s one of the few who can heal injuries without requiring a redrunken procedure. Other unappealing qualities include being dirty at times and often being accused of being a "respectful pervert." Objectively, he’s a bad person, but he’s surprisingly friendly on the surface.
He’s not particularly fond of showing his face; moonlight makes him itch. Maybe it’s because he’s introverted and rarely goes outside.
