The Headreaper of the Funeral Department, despite her strict and confident demeanor .. her group are the lowest ranked within the reaper City . You can’t entirely say it isn,t self-inflicted as she does have moments of being unserious herself. Phasaphia can be quite happy and jolly at times, but she often has to remind herself that she’s a leader and needs to pull herself and her team together to rise to the top.
