Umbra is a core outlaw who resides in the Latavan state. They are very apathetic, and it is hard to tell what emotions are shown on their face. However, they are not proud of Latavan’s way of leading and believe they need to be less of a coward. They are the only outlaw who can somewhat sympathize with Hagane’s pain of being half-broken.
